The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis & adjustment that reduces nervous system stress, balances pelvic bones, muscles & ligaments, and optimizes the mother’s pelvic function in pregnancy and birth.
So, What is Webster Technique...
...and what does it have to do with breech babies?
In pregnant women, if the pelvis is not balanced, the uneven pulling on these muscles and ligaments may be restricting the baby’s ability to get into the best possible position for birth. Many women seek Webster Technique to restore balance and reduce restriction.
A balanced pelvis reduces undue tension in the attached muscles and ligaments. Many women receiving Webster Technique report a more enjoyable pregnancy, and a smoother labor and delivery experience.

expertise, compassion, and dedication. Her in-depth knowledge of chiropractic care is evident in the way she thoroughly explains each step of her assessment and process. I love seeing a female physician, too. She takes the time to listen to me, answer questions, and conducts a comprehensive exam before tailoring a personalized plan of care for me. I actually feel like a partner in my own healing journey. As someone who has struggled with a chronic condition from playing contact sports for years, finding a provider who doesn't treat me like a number is priority. From the moment I met Dr. Amber through my roller derby team, and walked into her office, I felt welcomed and at ease. She educated me about posture, exercises, and lifestyle adjustments that complemented the chiropractic adjustments, ensuring that I was taking an active role in my recovery. After experiencing exceptional care, I decided to bring my daughter in, as well. I am immensely grateful for the positive impact she has had on my life."

“We love Dr. Davis! I didn't even know prenatal chiropractic was an option, until my OBGYN mentioned it. She helped me feel so comfortable my first time! My baby even got her first adjustment with Dr. Davis. Highly reccomend!”
Some commons questions & their answers!
Will I be pressured to sign a long-term contract?
Don't worry! We never require long-term contracts. Pay-per-visit is our preferred method!
How many visits will I need?
Our goal is to get your body functioning better! Most of our prenatal patients see us regularly, to ensure a more balanced pelvis. If a condition or pain does arise, our average patient experiences significant improvement within 6-12 visits. Obviously, this is an average, and can vary.
Is it safe for me if I'm pregnant?
Chiropractic care is considered a safe, non-invasive, drug-free form of healthcare. Dr. Amber is an ICPA, Webster Certified Chiropractor. This means she has completed advanced, post-doctoral training in caring for pregnant patients. Additionally, we tailor each person's care and experience to their specific needs. This includes adjustive techniques, table position, any special requests, and differing bodily abilities. We see lots of pregnant mamas, throughout their entire pregnancy.
Do you require X-Rays?
No. We do not perform X-Rays on every patient, and NEVER on pregnant women. Chiropractors do not need an X-Ray in order to know where to adjust the spine. We use lots of other methods to determine where we can help improve your body's function!
Can I even see a chiropractor if I'm pregnant?
Yes! In fact, prenatal chiropractic care is highly recommended by many Obstetricians, Midwives, & Doulas. We even have special "baby bump" tables and pillows, for your comfort.
I love playing with old film cameras! It's a hobby of mine.
